CONTEXTS
The Mystic River and the Chelsea creek are ancestral waters to first nations people, and while we aspire to know more and honor these waters more fully, we acknowledge how little we know, and commit to continued listening and sharing of information, stories and energy as we receive the same.

The complicated history and present of the Tobin Bridge is a story of aspiration and displacement, of transit and pollution, often unevenly impacting Chelsea.
Here we have begun to compile an ongoing collection of the contexts and stories that inform our work on this project...

Accumulating Rhythms takes shape through the stories that gather around it. Our understanding of its technical, ecological, and artistic layers is constantly evolving, shaped by the voices and experiences of our collaborators and the broader community.
As we aspire to know these experiences more deeply during the formative stages of this project, we invite you to share your own story—whether it’s a memory tied to this place, a connection to the themes it touches, or a reflection on the role art plays in our lives.
